Travel to the hotel in your own transport and join a coach for 3 days touring of the Scottish Highlands. (All entrance fees are included on this holiday)

DAY 1 - ARRIVE AT THE DUKE
Arrive to a warm welcome and Highland atmosphere at the Duke of Gordon Hotel.
Dinner is followed by entertainment.

DAY 2 - MONIACK WINERY
This morning you head north to Inverness to visit Moniack Winery. Wines, liqueurs and preserves from Moniack , are the finest to be found in the Scottish Highlands. When you visit the and take the friendly tour to see how The wines and preserves are made from natural ingredients local to the area.

DAY 3 - EDINBURGH MILITARY TATTOO
After a morning in the village and a three course cavery lunch you depart the Duke for a guided tour of Edinburgh. Take this opportunity to witness the largest gathering of military musicians in the UK set to perform at the 2007 showpiece armed service event, the 58th Edinburgh Military Tattoo, staged against the matchless backdrop of Edinburgh Castle. The production will feature a range of superb international performers with the centrepiece of the evening once again expected to be the spine-tingling sights and sounds of the world famous massed Pipes and Drums, the finest display anyone can witness anywhere in the world. After the show you head back for a late return to the ‘Duke’.

DAY 4 -THE CAIRNGORM NATIONAL PARK & ROTHIEMURCHUS HIGHLAND ESTATE
After a late breakfast and a lazy morning you depart the ‘Duke’ for the Cairngorm National Park and Rothiemurchus Estate. A guide will join you here and will explain and inform you of the local flora and fauna and points of interest. This will also include a bit of history on the area and a chance to feed the deer that roam the estate. You then head back to the Duke where bar lunches are available. Our Highland Piper pipes you into dinner in the Balmoral restaurant followed by an evening of dancing.

DAY 5 - JOURNEY HOME
After breakfast we bid you a fond farewell and trust we can welcome you back to the Duke of Gordon Hotel in the not too distant future.
