Uath Lochans and Farleitter Crag

Four small lochans, Scots pine and the wooded rim of Farleitter Crag combine to make this one of the area’s most rewarding shorter walks. The climb brings beautiful views over the water and across Strathspey.

Lochans, pinewoods and red squirrels

The route follows clear paths and forestry tracks, with some steep uphill sections. Keep watch for red squirrels among the pines and birds of prey circling over the open ground.
